"POOR SERVICE: When you phone a company and you wait and get passed on, use 1 or 2 or 3 or 4 options to find yourself back where you started (in some cases). When you phone a company and nobody answers. When you phone a company an idiot answers and cant help you or passes you on to the next only to find that they will take your details and call you back? and may never do. You can phone a company > wrong number< this has been changed, please ring this number. and it keeps ringing. You can ring a company and you hear ''please hold we appreciate your custom, (5 mins later) ''please hold we appreciate your custom''. And many other scenarios.
PERFECT SERVICE: Rang IBB this morning, no one home accept answering m/c I did not leave a message or a number as i would ring later, thinking office hours. Well blow me down! I recieved a return call. THATS SERVICE!!! Ask the staff at IBB and not only do you get a reply but ACTION to boot."

"Received my red Ionic band really quickly and the small size fitted perfectly. No instructions with it so I wasn't sure which way to wear it and whether it was waterproof. However I looked on their website and found lots of detailed information plus the answers to my questions. Unfortunately after two weeks the clear piece of silicone started coming away. Contacted the company who told me to return it for a replacement. Received the replacement band within one day - brilliant customer service. Can't fault the company - so efficient. Now to wear my band and hopefully feel more energised. It's very comfortable to wear."
